Easy Natural Skincare Recipes


Hello Friends! Below are some super simple natural beauty recipes you can throw together in a pinch. I don’t write extensively about them because they are all just dump and mix recipes.  They are my go to skincare products! Feel free to play around with the ingredient amounts as well as the essential oils used, to suit your specific skin type.

 Coffee Body Scrub

  • Ground Coffee 1/2 cup
  • Brown Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon 1 Tbs
  • Coconut Oil Melted 1/3 cup
  • Vitamin E Oil 2 Tsp

Apply and rub into skin in circular motions focusing on spots that need the most exfoliation, elbows, feet, legs before shaving etc. Let sit on skin for a couple minutes and then rinse off. Benefits: Coffee is a natural antioxidant, skin toner/firmer, and anti-inflammatory. Coconut oil and Vitamin E moisturize and repair skin while you exfoliate.

 Shower Body Oil

  • Coconut Oil Melted 1 cup
  • Vitamin E Oil 1 Tbs
  • Essential Oil 10 drops (Lavender)

Apply as needed in the shower after cleansing. Gently rinse off and pat skin dry. Benefits: Coconut oil is a deep natural moisturizer. Vitamin E and Lavender heal and repair skin.

 Detox Bath Powder

  • Baking Soda 1 cup
  • Epsom Salt 1 cup
  • Coconut Oil Melted 1/3 cup
  • Essential Oils 12 drops ( Lavender, Tea Tree, Rosemary)

Fill bathtub with warm water and add about a scoop ( 1 cup) of detox powder. Soak for 20-30 minutes. Benefits: Epsom Salt and essential oils give this bath deep detoxifying effects.

 Facial Toner

Spray as needed to cleanse and refresh face. Perfect cooling spray for summer heat. Store in fridge. Benefits: Aloe Vera and Lavender gently cleanse skin. Rose Water and Peppermint tone and refresh skin.

Face Mask

  • Aloe Vera Gel 4 Tbs
  • Green Clay Powder 4 Tbs
  • Essential Oils 4 drops (Lavender & Tea Tree)

Apply thin layer to clean face. Let dry for 10-15minutes. Remove with warm water. Store in fridge. Benefits: The clay and essential oils lend a detoxifying effect to your skin.

 Detangle Spray

  • Apple Cider Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Aloe Vera Gel 1/3 cup
  • Essential Oils 15 drops ( Rosemary & Tea Tree)
  • Distilled Water 1 cup
  • Spray Bottle

Spray on hair and brush through. Let air dry or use a blow dryer. Benefits: ACV and Aloe Vera smooths hair and helps repair split ends. The combination of Rosemary and Tea Tree nourish hair for fast growth and strength.
